A: Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed safety standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and undergo rigorous testing.
Q: What materials do you use in your products?
A: All the wood utilized in our products are sourced from domestically managed forest resources, and our products are crafted using white pine.
Q: Are your products environmentally friendly?
A: We strive to be eco-conscious. Our wood is sourced from sustainable forests, and we use eco-friendly packaging where possible. We've partnered with American Forests, an organization dedicated to creating healthy and resilient forests that benefit wildlife, climate, communities, and water sources. We have made a promised commitment to plant ten trees for every Reign Two Story Playhouse sold, five trees for every one-story playhouse sold and three trees for every Aviana Gourmet Play Kitchen sold.
Q: How long does it take to set up your products?
A: We've designed our products with busy families in mind. Our innovative assembly process means shorter setup times compared to our competitors, giving you and your children more time to play! Most of our playhouses and swing sets can be assembled in just a few hours, depending on the model. We provide clear, step-by-step instructions and pre-drilled parts to make the process as smooth as possible. And remember, for those who prefer to skip assembly altogether, we offer professional installation services in select areas.
Q: What age range are your products suitable for?
A: Our products cater to children from ages 2-12, depending on the specific item. Each product listing includes recommended age ranges.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the continental United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options.
Q: How long does shipping typically take?
A: Processing time is 24-48 business hours. Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, expect 5 – 7 business days for standard shipping.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: All products carry a 1-year replacement warranty on all parts for manufacturer’s defect (which covers wood, hardware, and accessories). Our wood carries a 5 year warranty on rot and decay as well.
This Limited Warranty does not cover: • Labor for any inspection • Labor for replacement of any defective item(s) • Incidental or consequential damages • Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product • Vandalism, theft, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the applicable Assembly Manual. • Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, earthquake, storms, hail, floods, fires, excessive water exposure • Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unleveled, or soft ground • Minor twisting, warping, cracking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity 2MamaBees Playhouses have been designed for safety and quality. Modifications beyond painting could damage the structural integrity of product and lead to injury from product failure. Any modifications will void all warranties and guarantees.
