Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

The Shipping Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the 2MamaBees website. Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through 2MamaBees website.  

2MamaBees does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 2MamaBees only accept shipments to a valid address. Customer has to provide valid address and contact number.  

In no event will 2MamaBees or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience. 2MamaBees nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.

Small Parcel Orders: 

  • These orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-7 days. We currently do not offer overnight or expedited shipping online. 

LTL Orders:

  • All LTL deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday. They will require someone over the age of 18 to be present. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Transporting the item into the home or other areas and disposing of packaging material is the customer’s responsibility. Upon delivery and prior to signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package thoroughly for any damage or missing boxes. If the box is completely damaged please refuse delivery and make note on the BOL. Contact 2MamaBees immediately at 833-MAMABEE or shipping@2mamabees.com
  • All LTL freight orders, once shipped, are expected to arrive within 10-14 business days. The freight delivery service 2MamaBees uses is Curbside meaning the driver is NOT responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck onto the curb or the lawn. Any assistance you provide to the driver, whether the driver requests it or you offer, is solely at your own risk. 2MamaBees is not responsible for ANY injury you or anyone else receives from any part of the delivery process.

Terms and Conditions

Assembly is required for the majority of our projects. Please open your boxes upon arrival. Make sure all pieces are intact. If the box comes damaged upon arrival please take photos and refuse the shipment. We will be able to ship you a replacement house. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving.

All of our packages are insured.


CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

2MamaBees does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

THERE WILL BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. 2MamaBees will not accept any returns of items purchased through other retailers or marketplaces.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages, Issues, and Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered “Defective”. If the item you wish to return arrives at your door with shipping damage, it is considered “Damaged”. Items damaged by consumer during initial assembly or items damaged by consumer during subsequent use do not constitute damaged items subject to this Return Policy and such items cannot be returned and will not be accepted by 2mamabees. In the event that you receive any Damaged or Defective items, please contact 2mamabees's customer service within 90 days of purchase at info@2mamabees.com, and 2mamabees will send you replacement parts at no additional charge. 2mamabees reserves the right to request additional information and/or images. 2mamabees further reserves the right to request that you return the Damaged or Defective items upon receipt of the replacement items in order to avoid being charged for such replacement items.


Refunds

Upon receipt of a returned item that complies with this Return Policy, 2MamaBees will refund your payment and all shipping costs to the original account billed for the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


This Return Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. 2MamaBees recommends you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Return Policy at the time of your purchase.
